Lutho has been living in Germany for five years, after moving to advance his career. His motivation to work in Germany was influenced by the work-life balance, growth opportunities, and high quality of life the country offers. For the past year, he has been part of Fintiba, where he plays a key role in preparing and supporting internationals on their journey to Germany. At Fintiba, Lutho leads interactive webinars and workshops that give students and professionals the chance to gather information as they prepare to move to Germany. He also drives community engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Telegram, and WhatsApp, ensuring internationals feel supported every step of the way. Additionally, he manages the Fintiba Ambassador Programme, connecting newcomers with experienced students and professionals who share guidance from their own journeys. His expertise extends beyond Fintiba: Lutho has conducted workshops with Southern African embassies, hosted events on the pre-integration of skilled workers, and spoken at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management to prepare prospective international students from Kenya for their studies in Germany.
