How can I recommend Fintiba to my students?

After we have accepted your appliacation for our partner programme, you will receive an email which contains your individualised partner link. You can make this link available to your students by sending it to them individually, or you can also implement it on your website. Please make sure your students use this link when registering for a Fintiba solutions since otherwise the registration cannot be assigned to you.

How does the conversion tracking work?

After the registration you will receive a partner link to refer to our website. When a student visits our website via your individual partner link, the registration for a blocked account or health insurance will be tracked with a cookie and assigned to your account. It is important that no ad-blocker is activated in order to guarantee the functionality.

The reached conversion can be checked in your partner account where you can log in via https://pi.fintiba.com/partners/login.

When does a registration of a customer count as a conversion?

  • Conversion for a Blocked Account are only taken into consideration as soon as the account opening process is completed, and the customer has deposited the blocked amount into the account
  • Conversion for a Health Insurance are only taken into consideration as soon as the students have provided DAK with their enrolment certificate and the health insurance contract has become effective
  • Conversions for Fintiba Plus consist of Blocked Account and Health Insurance conversions and are only taken into consideration when the conditions mentioned above are met
  • In general, conversions are only taken into consideration as long as customers have not made use of their revocation rights

I am sure that a client of mine has opened an account at Fintiba, but it’s not shown in my account. What should I do?

Please be aware that a blocked account conversion is only counted as soon as the student has transferred money into the account. The health insurance conversion is counted as soon as the student has provided DAK with the enrolment certificate and the health insurance contract has become effective.

I have referred the Fintiba Plus package to someone – Do I receive the commission only when the full package is activated?

No, as the Plus package consists of two conversions – blocked account and health insurance – you will receive the money for each conversion individually. This means that as soon as the student has transferred money into the blocked account, the commission for it will be reimbursed for the current quarter. Afterwards, as soon as the health insurance has been activated, the second part of the commission will be credited.

What happens if my students are not 18 years old yet?

Unfortunately, the students have to be at least 18 at the time of opening their blocked account with us. As soon as they reach the age of 18 (CEST) they can open their account with us.

How are the conversions reimbursed?

The payment of the commissions is only possible via PayPal or direct transfer within the SEPA area.

Unfortunately at the moment we are only able to accept Paypal or SEPA as payment methods. However, we are in the process of applying other payment methods this year in order to allow transfers in more countries. That means in case you do not have SEPA or PayPal your commission will not get lost and collected until we are able to transfer the money to your account.

When do I receive the payment?

Pay-outs will be executed in the month following each quarter, meaning in January, April, July and October. The payment will be executed as soon as the minimum of 50€ is reached.

Can conversions I have achieved before joining the partner programme be refunded?

Unfortunately, this is not possible, as we can only refund conversions that were created after the partner contract has been entered and via the partner link provided by us.

Am I allowed to use the Fintiba logo?

Yes, the usage of the logo and brand of Fintiba is allowed during the contract duration. You can find our logo for download in your partner account in the document section.
