Up to 6 months from the payment date, ending 2 months after arriving in Germany.
2. Refund Policy
80% refund for the first visa refusal when the refusal letter is provided. 100% refund if the refusal is caused by Fintiba blocked account or insurance documents. 50% refund if the customer voluntarily withdraws the application (pending mutual agreement). Final terms are subject to the service agreement.
