Vikas has lived in Germany for eight years, originally moving from India to pursue a master’s degree. Having navigated the challenges of relocating as an international student himself, he brings both personal experience and professional expertise to his work at Fintiba, where he has been supporting internationals for over four years. At Fintiba, Vikas plays a key role in guiding students and professionals from South Asia, offering in-person presentations, seminars, and webinars that aim to inform and provide tailored advice. His first-hand understanding of the requirements and obstacles faced by internationals enables him to offer personalised support, while also driving the development of products that address regional needs. Vikas’ expertise extends well beyond Fintiba: he previously worked as a study abroad consultant, helping over 750 international students secure admission to German public universities, and during his own studies, he supported international newcomers through onboarding at his university.
